Following the two previous heavily dance-floor oriented mixes-SR3, and SR4 (All Stars)- this mix shakes things up by introducing new tracks that don’t follow the traditional “dance track” song structure.
These new tracks borrow from the 70s and 80s disco-influenced sound that led to the very dance friendly genres like new wave, and post punk. Another innovative electronic dance genre has emerged. With pop and rock derived vocals, retro disco hand-claps and spacey new-wave synth sounds interwoven throughout the mix to keep your feet dancing and your mouth singing along.
